Join an awesome team of veterinarians and staff!  Premier Paws & Equine Veterinary Service is a full-service, four doctor practice with a brand-new haul-in facility that serves the Chicago-land area. We provide thorough, consistent and comprehensive veterinary care and health management planning services to our discerning committed clientele.

Our practice is set in a picturesque location in the countryside among suburban landscape of Chicago. We enjoy the many amazing life experiences near the great city. If you are an urban explorer, cultural traveler, outdoor enthusiast, or restaurateur you can immerse yourself in the many attractions, beautiful nature preserves or Michelin star restaurants. We are close enough to enjoy the wonders of the city but still live in the peacefulness away from it all.

We are looking for a licensed, small animal veterinarian who has a can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile to help your patients and clients. Our practice philosophy is to provide compassionate care, unrivaled service and cutting-edge veterinary medicine to our patients and clients. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working to improve, prides themselves on excellence, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously. The associate veterinarian we need will be a self-starter and a personality that fits the culture of the practice and the clients we serve. We encourage experienced veterinarians as well as new graduates to apply. Our doctors love to teach and offer a strong mentorship program. At Premier Paws & Equine, our mission is not only to improve the lives of the animals we see, but to ensure that our team is well taken care of so that they can provide the best care for our patients. Alternative work schedules (1,2,3, and 4 day work weeks) are currently enjoyed by our associates and we are open to discussing a unique schedule that benefits everyone.  ​

Premier Paws & Equine Veterinary Service is a fully equipped clinic with two surgical suites, in-house lab work, digital x-ray, digital dental x-rays, cryotherapy, endoscopy, shockwave and ultrasound. We offer orthobiologics such as PRP, Prostride, IRAP for orthopedic/sports medicine cases and laser therapy as well. We boast an industry leading electronic record system which minimizes paperwork and allows us ready access by way of the cloud and affords convenience for our clients.

All applicants are welcome. We have a 4-day work week for all full-time veterinarians but are open to tailor a work schedule that optimizes your skill set while promoting ample time to enjoy life!

Premier Equine Veterinary Service is a full-service, four doctor equine ambulatory practice and brand-new haul-in facility that serves the Chicago-land equine communities. We provide thorough, consistent and comprehensive veterinary care and health management planning services to our discerning committed clientele.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, enthusiastic and compassionate about equine care! Our practice philosophy is to provide compassionate care, unrivaled service and cutting-edge veterinary medicine to our patients and clients. Additional certification in rehabilitation, acupuncture, and/or chiropractic is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working to improve, prides themselves on excellence, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously. The associate veterinarian we need will be a self-starter with a personality that fits the culture of the practice and the clients we serve.  We are not in a rush and want to make sure that the match works for us both. Alternative work schedules (1,2,3, and 4 day work weeks) are currently enjoyed by our associates and we are open to discussing a unique schedule that benefits everyone.  ​

Our equine patient base is predominately performance horse comprised dressage, jumpers, hunters, and saddlebreds. We have a healthy portion of western performance horses, trail-riders, racing horses (TB & QH) and retirees. Our client demographic allows us to practice a high level of veterinary medicine.

We provide sports medicine services, ophthalmology, routine care, dentistry, and reproductive services. We offer orthobiologics such as PRP, Prostride, IRAP, and Alpha-2 EQ; embryo transfer, ultrasound-guided injections, chiropractic, etc. To help provide the level of care that our clients have come to expect, all of our high-end vehicles are fully equipped state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment. We have digital medical records, wireless digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy 1M and 3M, shockwave, K-laser, and power floats. We boast an industry leading electronic record system which minimizes paperwork and allows us ready access by way of the cloud and affords convenience for our clients. Our veterinarians each have a technician to support them while servicing client appointments.

There is an opportunity for practicing mixed animal in our new small animal clinic if the interest exists.

All applicants are welcome. We are excited to provide mentorship with any applicant and welcome an internship position, full or part-time associate. We have a 4-day work week for all full-time veterinarians but are open to tailor a work schedule that optimizes your skill set while promoting ample time to enjoy life!
