Our staff is on call anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. When you need the assistance of an equestrian veterinarian you need it right away, and we’ll always be ready to answer your call. Due to increased demand for services and/or emergency coverage, please understand that we are asking clients to always be prepared to haul-in their horse, especially when the horse’s location is greater than 30 minutes from the practice. Most times we can meet a request for a farm call but we do expect clients to have haul-in options as part of an emergency plan. We love our patients and want to care for them well, but no one can meet the demand of our entire equine coverage area without your reciprocation through preparedness.
